Coast to Coast AM - 08-10-11 - FDA Raids

Coast to Coast AM - 08-10-11 - FDA Raids

http://www.mediafire.com/?z68zrd1206nr6cx  <--

Host: George Noory
Guests: Jonathan Emord, Dr. Roger Leir

Constitutional lawyer specializing in food and drug law, Jonathan Emord, talked about the FDA's raids on raw milk producers, and how FDA guidelines are eroding Americans' freedoms. He was joined during the third hour, by Karine Bouis-Towe and Laurie Cohen-Peters, both consumer leaders in the Farm Freedom Coalition. They described FDA raids/sting operations on an Amish dairy farmer in PA, and the company Rawesome in California. If dairy products are not pasteurized, the FDA considers them illegal. Yet, as Bouis-Towe pointed out, the pasteurization process kills off nutrients such as enzymes, minerals, and vitamins and makes no sense to force small farmers to use it, when they maintain hygienic farming practices, and have had no history of contamination.

Contamination typically occurs as a problem related to handling, rather than if a product is pasteurized, Emord added. Small farms with raw milk are being targeted and run out of business as a result of lobbying by larger, factory farms, that don't want them encroaching on their market share, Bouis-Towe noted. Further, Emord cited the double standard when it comes to sushi, which is sold unfettered, even though it's also a raw product.

Emord also spoke about the FDA's history of being captive to the pharmaceutical industry, allowing unsafe drugs on the market. They let the companies that created the pharmaceuticals provide their own safety reports, rather than use third-party independent testing. "Many commonly prescribed drugs are very dangerous substances," he commented. Concerning such practices as enforced vaccines, fortified foods, and water fluoridation, "this paternalistic and very aggressive public health mentality...ends up being something that sacrifices our liberty and health," he stated.

Alien Implant Update

First hour guest, Dr. Roger Leir reported on results from this 16th alien implant removal surgery. The removed object, which was around 6mm in length, put out a strong magnetic field, and also had radio waves coming out of it. Further, the center of the object was so hard, they couldn't cut through it with any lab instruments. Leir also shared the calculations of physicist Dr. Bob Koontz, who suggested that aliens visiting us might be from 300,000 light years away.

Coast to Coast AM - 08-09-11 - Defending a Monster

http://www.mediafire.com/?prjojsn3kkz8a14  <--

Host: George Noory
Guests: Sam Amirante, Danny Broderick, Craig Hulet, Marshall Klarfeld

Defense attorney Sam Amirante and co-author Danny Broderick, discussed what it was like to defend one of America's worst serial killers, John Wayne Gacy, and reviewed the gruesome details of the case. It's important to our system of justice that such criminals get a fair trial, as the US Constitution dictates that accused people have a right to a competent attorney, Amirante noted. As a young lawyer, he received a call in 1978 from Gacy, wanting to know why he was being tailed by the Des Plaines PD. Eventually, Gacy confessed to Amirante at his office that he had killed over 30 young men, burying most of them in the crawlspace and other areas of his property. Over hours, in a monotone, matter of fact voice, he described every murder in graphic detail, including specific dates, and names. "One time he killed three at one time," Amirante recalled.

He described Gacy as a kind of Jekyll & Hyde figure, who eventually wanted to get caught and stop his killing. Known for his charitable work, and appearances as a clown, "when Gacy was good, he was the best of good, a wonderful, compassionate human being,...but when he was bad, he was the worst of evil," Amirante said. During the trial, Gacy plead not guilty by reason of insanity, but the prosecution successfully argued that he was an evil psychopath/sociopath who knew exactly what he was doing.

Gacy was an adept con man, and many of his victims were runaways or people whose absence might not be noticed. Chillingly, he was planning on building a second story to his house so he'd have more room to bury bodies between the floors, Amirante detailed, adding that he believed that during the murders Gacy felt like he was killing himself over and over again. Broderick and Amirante also shared their reactions to the Casey Anthony and OJ Simpson trials.

Afghanistan Update

During the first hour, two guests discussed the war in Afghanistan. First, analyst Craig Hulet reported on the chopper crash that killed a number of Americans, including Seal Team 6 members. The Taliban is claiming that they used newly available weapons to shoot down the Chinook, he said. Hulet believes corporations rather than nation states are behind war efforts nowadays.

Researcher Marshall Klarfeld spoke on behalf of adopting The Eagle Plan, a non-partisan effort to bring about the end of America's military involvement in Afghanistan, which he compared to the Vietnam War.

Coast to Coast AM - 08-08-11 - HAARP & Mind Control

Coast to Coast AM - 08-08-11 - HAARP & Mind Control

http://www.mediafire.com/?zqncilivdhf9kgq  <--

Host: George Noory
Guests: Nick Begich, Damon Vickers

Lecturer on new technologies, health and earth science related issues, Dr. Nick Begich gave updates on Project HAARP and its implications for controlling weather and populations, as well as how we can develop a strong influence for personal and global change through technology and our own internal power. HAARP is an array of antennas, and by firing radio frequencies through them, a number of effects can be created such as altering the ionosphere (which begins about 30 mile above the Earth), he explained. These instruments can create a heating effect and as a consequence might be used for changing jet streams or manipulating the weather, he noted.

He cited one positive aspect of HAARP-- it can be used for earth-penetrating tomography, imaging under the earth's surface and being able to isolate every oil and gas field, for example. Yet, HAARP has also been associated with mind effects and the impact of radio frequency energy on the human body. A modulated external signal couples with the brain, and can change a person's chemical and emotional state, he detailed. Begich also touched on the history of mind control, such as the early work of the CIA's MK-ULTRA, which used unwitting subjects.

There's a lot of interest in the effects of various kinds of energy exchanges in fields as diverse as the military and the healing arts, such as using sound and light for tissue regeneration, he noted. Begich also addressed how his home state of Alaska has a huge base of natural resources, such as oil, which could be used as a source to help bail America out of its economic woes.

Economic Analysis

First hour guest, chief investment officer Damon Vickers talked about the stock market crash and the possibility of a new global currency. He viewed the economic slide as being played out in three acts-- first there was the dot com bust, then the bursting of the real estate bubble, and now we are seeing sovereign nations go belly up. In America, the real problem is unemployment-- businesses should be given a tax holiday if they employ new people, he suggested. Vickers offers an Alert Report on the US Treasury meltdown.

Coast to Coast AM - 12-06-05 - Project Serpo

Coast to Coast AM - 12-06-05 - Project Serpo

http://www.mediafire.com/?4ogn0nh8obgnqqi  <--

Host: George Noory
Guests: Richard Doty, Bill Ryan, Whitley Strieber

Consultant Bill Ryan, retired US Military Intelligence Officer Richard Doty, and author Whitley Strieber all discussed Project Serpo, an alleged secret exchange program of 12 military personnel to Serpo, a planet of Zeta Reticuli, between the years 1965-78. Ryan explained that he is a participant in a private ufology email forum and that in early November 2005, an "anonymous" contributor began revealing information about the Serpo Project, which Ryan has subsequently chronicled on his website serpo.org.

Two other sources have also come forward, and all three are supposedly retired employees of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), said Ryan, who added there is a total of 3,000 pages of information on the project that is being released in installments. According to the "anonymous" source, Serpo is an Earth-sized planet with a population of around 650,000 "ebens" (our name for the ETs).An eben who allegedly survived the Roswell crash was said to have used a communication device to set up the exchange. Of the 12 who went on the exchange, eight returned (though all have since died), two died on Serpo, and two remained there. Ryan believes the story has credibility partially because some of the physics don't add up, and if someone was fabricating it, they would have presented more consistent details.

Strieber shared an incident that took place at a UFO conference in Gulf Breeze, Florida in the early 90's when an elderly gentleman told him he could prove he was from another planet, saying only one word after that-- Serpico. He now wonders if he misheard the word, and the man was actually saying Serpo. Doty said he was at first skeptical of the Project Serpo information, but later heard rumors within the intelligence community that the story is in fact true.

Coast to Coast AM - 08-07-11 - The Brain & Spiritual Beliefs

Coast to Coast AM - 08-07-11 - The Brain & Spiritual Beliefs

http://www.mediafire.com/?nfcwbacc6fid369  <--

Host: George Noory
Guests: Matthew Alper, Madeleine Walker

Author and philosopher Matthew Alper shared his contention that human beings are genetically hard wired to experience belief in spirituality and various paranormal phenomena, even though there is no scientific basis for it. According to sociobiology, there are regions in the human brain that generate these belief systems, and Alper concluded that the brain evolved this way as a coping mechanism to deal with the knowledge of our inevitable deaths. "I believe that the anxiety [about death] was so overwhelming that it forced the selection of this cognitive modification which...compels us to believe that there's this other transcendental force...through which, even though we know the physical body will die, we now believe this spiritual component will live on forever," he said.

Alper reported on studies of meditation and prayer, which show decreased blood flow in the amygdala region of the brain-- this helps to reduce anxiety and fear, which could account for the sense of spirituality. Similarly, he noted that the parietal lobe also gets a decreased blood flow, which can affect spatial and temporal consciousness. Many people who are "hyper religious" have epilepsy, he added.

Regarding NDEs, if someone is in the process of dying, decreased blood flow and oxygen cause the brain to release the neurotransmitter glutamate, which interacts with the temporal lobe and triggers religious experiences, he continued. Alper also suggested that giving credence to UFOs/aliens was another way for people to escape anxiety around death, through belief in a supernatural or transcendent power.

Animal Communications

First hour guest, animal communicator Madeleine Walker talked about the messages she has received from various creatures, which have even included insects. One way people can tune in to such messages is by "imagining a cord of your heart feeling connecting with the animal's heart," as this is a way of showing respect to the animal, and that you are willing to listen to them, she explained. Sometimes if an animal has specific body pain, she will feel pain in a corresponding region in her body, she added.
